At Donna Bella Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. To maintain hygiene standards, hair extensions must be returned with the gold security seal intact and the product unused.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your hair extensions are in their original condition, unopened, and that the security seal has not been tampered with or removed.

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Donna Bella account or visit our Returns Center to submit a request and receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the original invoice and apply the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
